The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

Enjoy a private 1 bedroom/1 bath apmt in our Victorian tri-plex, with a wrap-around porch, and side yard with a fire pit. Located just north of downtown, with a great variety of ethnic restaurants, Indeed Taproom is 3 short blocks away, and Logan Park is right across the street. A Metro Transit city bus stop to downtown is 1 block away across the park.

Spacious home nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, but not downtown. Great place to call home while traveling for business or pleasure. Be sure to take a stroll through the gardens while you are here and enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning. We love our pup guests as well, just be sure to register them in your reservation.
