Located in Adolphus Reach, the cottage is 2 minutes away from the Glenora Ferry (free) which takes you in 10 minutes to Prince Edward County. Ferry crosses every 15 mins in summer, 30 min otherwise. 15-35 mins drive to Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington and Sandbanks Prov Park as well as vineyards and restaurants. The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Beautiful Lake Home in South Eastern Ontario

Our house is a wonderful place to enjoy being on a lake. You will be staying in our home where we live with our cat when we do not have airbnb guests. When we have guests, we live in a tiny house in the backyard and are available if needed. There is no landline but cell phone service is good. Internet is StarLink, which is usually fast. We are not a good fit for large groups who are noisy or families with very energetic children because we have close neighbours who enjoy peace and quiet.

Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.
