Two queen beds, a pull-out sofa... it sleeps five, but it feels calm, open. Mornings are slow with coffee in hand, maybe journaling, maybe just quiet. Afternoons by the pool. Theme parks and the coast aren't far, but the energy here stays soft. There's a washer, dryer, a full kitchen. Everything you need. A place to rest, to reset, to feel held.

It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .
