Yet live big in our tiny home with full sized appliances, spacious fenced yard, large picture windows drawing in the sun. We are just a block from the Riverview Park and trail. It is calm industrial / residential on the north edge of Marshalltown.

Cedar Falls retreat close to UNI

Newly renovated modern lower level of home with private entrance. Clean, comfortable, airy, spacious, bright, cheery retreat. Feels like a home away from home. Be ready to navigate 14 stairs to enter the space! The maximum number of guests the space can accommodate is four. The four guests would include any children or infants you may have in your group.
