Our cozy and comfy 2 bdrm cottage is all yours to enjoy with a stocked kitchen, queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in the other, and a great couch. Come to relax and see our lovely farm, visit nearby Amish country, state parks, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country we offer. We are 45 minutes from Cleveland’s museums and events. Well-behaved PETS are WELCOME & require an EXTRA FEE; please check the box when you go to reserve.

The apartment is equipped with brand new appliances, beautiful wood accents, a cozy loft accessed via ladder, and a wonderful fenced in area for guest dogs! A laundry room is available for guest use in the garage below. Less than 10 min from Chagrin Falls, 30 min to CVNP, 30 min from CLE airport. Convenient keypad entry to apartment.

Gull Cottage is a beautiful, historic lakefront home with huge picture windows overlooking a large back yard and lake Erie, with expansive views of the lake from almost every room. It has a deck with a grill. High speed internet, smart TV, washer and dryer, 2 car garage. Sorry, NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. Additional visitors only with prior permission. Fireplace inoperative and NO outside fires permitted. Small pets with prior approval - $100 per pet per stay. Parking for 4 cars.

Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.
