Just a short drive from Traverse City, Frankfort, beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is a prime location for many activities such as fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking etc. Located on a rural dirt road that dead ends into state land with ORV trails that are snowmobile trails in winter (trail 3).
