My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.
