The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

On the coastal path and within this historical fishing village - 3 mins walk to beach + harbour. You can see, hear + smell the sea! Preferably Sat-Sat lets in school hols. Shorter stays poss. Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic,clean,warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house,Pine Ridge. It sleeps two,in a double bed,plus a child in the seating area. There is a kitchenette. All with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower, and cassette toilet (emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry,comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

Direct bridlepath access for local walks and connecting to the Pentewan Valley Trail - great for cycling and walking. The fishing village of Mevagissey is 3 miles away with a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
