Welcome to our Riverside Retreat! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath home on Riverside Drive directly across the street from the river walk. It is only 3.4 miles (7 minutes) to Notre Dame and 3.8 miles (9 minutes) to downtown South Bend. The entire home was remodeled in 2021-22 with all new flooring, new hickory kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a 70" LG TV with soundbar. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

We live next door on the property as well so if you need anything we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Relax around the campfire or in the hot tub! Located 10 minutes from Middlebury and Elkhart and only 18 minutes from Shipshewana! Notre Dame is also only a 28 minute drive. Plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Door dash or UberEATS delivers to this location.

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
