The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. The living room has a sofa-bed where two children can sleep. Baker, butcher and grocer's are nearby. Buses nº735, nº712, nº726 and nº730. Historic tram 28 in a 5 minute walk. Metro station of Santa Apolónia in a 12 minute walk.
