Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from center of Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub inside and pool, hot tub, gym, putting green, basketball court, outdoor play area, bbq area, etc. outside. Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

Grayland Beach House Family Getaway

Breath in the salt air. This getaway is a quarter of a mile from the ocean. The beautiful wood paneling throughout, screams CABIN, yet functions as a house, with all of the ammenities. It has two separate wings, and three bathrooms. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The outdoor fireplace is a great place to warm up after a beach walk, and for making smoors. So open the windows, and let the ocean lull you to sleep.

We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

Enjoy this completely remodeled home. Everything you need is there for your use. A complimentary bottle of wine, to tea and coffee. Explore listening to records on the record player. Or hear the sounds of nature. Relax in a private back yard with a firepit to enjoy. Or take a 4 -5 minute walk to the private beach entrance for residents and guests. Walk on beautiful low traffic beaches for literally miles! We are in a very quiet neighborhood away from main road.
