Elderberry Lodge - 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Brick House

This brick house has lovely hardwood floors and original tilework. It sits at the edge of a growing permaculture food forest. Fruit trees, berry bushes, edible plants and pollinators fill the front yard. The back contains a fenced area with a couple big shady trees and room to sit and soak it all in. The street is a little busy, but the house is extremely quiet. It is a 20-minute drive to almost any place in Cincinnati, close to two freeways. Standard shopping/dining choices are within a mile.

There is another suite which shares the entrance and stairwell. The rooms are on the 2nd floor and the 1st floor has a taproom.
