A true gem in the South Cumberland Plateau, this tiny home features a master bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and queen, loft with a king bed, and bunks with twin beds. Set on a private 95-acre lake, you'll be sure to enjoy your time kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, sitting by the fire pit, or winding down in front of the fireplace with a movie. The neighborhood is magical when the sun sets and you're sure to enjoy a sunset from the dock.

The Honeysuckle House is a luxury waterfront tiny home created for reconnection, rejuvenation and restoration. It is a respite where you can come and be one with nature as you look out upon the peaceful lake from the oversized screened-in porch, the open air deck or from the private fire pit area. This home sits on 1 acre with large, mature trees and has direct access to the lake for paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The Honeysuckle House is the perfect place to come and "unplug".

Watercolor House is an elegant lakefront tiny home carefully curated to bring peace & comfort to all who visit. Cozy Log Cabin just feet away from the top of our 2 magnificent private waterfalls. The Falls at Sewanee Creek is located in America’s most biodiverse area on Tennessee's Eco-Rich Cumberland Plateau. Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Adventure awaits on a rugged, bouldering hike, past cascades and the second big waterfall to two private caves. Disclaimer: Flow of all Waterfalls is subject to weather fluctuations.

The Coalmont is a 4 acre waterfront retreat on top of the South Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee, between Nashville and Chattanooga. This 460 sq ft "tiny" cabin sleeps up to 4. This home is considerably larger than most homes at Waters Edge, has an enormous deck facing the lake and its own private dock for fishing. The home is beautifully decorated throughout. Primary bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Guest room has a queen bed The second bathroom has shower and small bathtub, 2 Hallway Bunkbeds 2 Single beds in the loft

Room for trailer parking! Tranquility is defined...at The Cabins at Ranger Creek! The cabins are designed to be a cozy and comfortable retreat from the hustle of everyday life. Queen loft bedroom, modern bath, outfitted kitchen, and all you need to feel right at home. **There is a couch in the living room that can pull out, however we do not advise this as a sleeping arrangement for adults, as it is not the most comfortable option. (Just fine for the kids tho!)
