Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

Use all the facilities on the wider property: wake up and dive in the swimming pool; meditate, do yoga while facing the volcano; peddle to the other side of the lake; heat up in the sauna, cool down in the lake; observe the stars during the night from the Jacuzzi, make a fire in the cottage before going to sleep. Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

The sabbatical house

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off is in Antigua is provided free of charge (weekdays, up to 6 pm). Nature-, book-friendly.
