The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Warren Bach “Small Warren” is situated in the stunning Vale of Ffestiniog and access is via a track directly off the A487, providing great connectivity and making it the perfect basecamp to discover Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). Based on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park , sited on our 7 1/2 acre smallholding, Fron Cabin, being 2 bedrooms, bedroom one with a kingsize bed and bedroom with twin beds, complete with hot tub, is a great base for relaxing and exploring North Wales and meeting our alpacas. Only 15 mins from the nearest beach, with Portmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli within easy reach. Just 5 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon and 30 mins to Bangor. A great area for walking and exploring.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
