Forest Ranger's House–Authentic Lappish atmosphere

The House is located 5 km from the centre of Äkäslompolo in the beautiful landscape of Lapland and belongs to Kuoppa farm. Here you can experience the authentic Lappi atmosphere in an elegant setting. The extensive courtyard is surrounded by beautiful nature,gaunt landscapes and fells. There is a clear water natural spring in the yard, where you can take a dip throughout the year. The house can accommodate up to eight people. It is best suited for 1-2 couples, family or a small group of friends.

Ylläsjärven unelmakohde rinteiden vieressä

Juuri valmistunut, tunnelmallinen ja laadukas hirsirakenteinen paritalo Ylläsjärven rinteeltä. Kohteen sijainti on ihanteellinen luontoharrastusten kannalta: hiihtoladulle pääset suoraan pihasta ja lähin lasketteluhissi löytyy takapihalta (70m). Tämän mökin pihaan voit laskea suoraan Suomen pisimmästä laskettelurinteestä! Takapihalta lähtee myös lumikenkäreitti Ylläksen tunturiin. Tässä kohteessa pärjäät myös ilman autoa. Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhallisesta lomasta kauniiden maisemien keskelle.

Uusi moderni mökki kahdelle

Kohde on uusi, vuoden 2024 tulokas. Tontin sijainti on 20-30 km kyläkeskuksista Äkäsjärven rannalla keskellä Ylläs, Pallas, Olos ja Levi tuntureita. Tällä ainutlaatuisella kohteella on oma moderni tyylinsä. Värimaailma on rauhallinen, tekstiileissä luonnon materiaalit ja kaikki tavarat uusia. Pienestä koostaan huolimatta 30m2 mökissä on kaikki tarvittava: wi-fi, takka, sähkösauna, pyykin- ja astianpesukone, uuni, mikro, raclette; fööni, silitysvälineet; vaellussukset ja lumikengät kahdelle.

Stay North - Villa Housu

Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.

Villa in the heart of lapland

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Ylläs-Ukko

Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Villa Kaltio: cabin with traditional Finnish sauna

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Villa Äkäsjoensuu

Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.

Northern lights paradise

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
