This stunning two bedroom, two full bath home was upgraded and features stainless steel appliances and granite throughout. The home is a split layout with 2 living rooms offering a lot of privacy. Centrally located in Gulfport its perfect for your next get-a-way.

The Mermaid Cottage is a slice of yesteryear by the sea. Located just two blocks from to the Mississippi Sound, a short stroll to the Island View Casinos, Historic Downtown Gulfport and parks, you will find the location ideal! And with its tasteful antique and repurposed vintage furnishings, you will be surrounded by elegance and comfort. Original hardwood floors! Tiled kitchen and baths! And with the front porch sunsets second to none, you will love making a splash at the Mermaid Cottage!

Experience a quiet beach retreat in our 1 BR, 1 BTH cottage in beautiful Gulfport. This house accommodates 2 guests with a King size bed and potentially 2 smaller children with a queen air mattress. It is perfect for a walk to the beach or spending time downtown dining at some of the finest places the gulf coast has to offer or indulging yourself in sea life at the new aquarium! You can get a peek of the Gulf from the living room and the kitchen! This cozy home is perfect for a getaway.

Shell House Estate Pool House

Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.

Studio With Views of The Beach & Park

Wake up to beautiful beach and park views from this cozy studio with a queen bed and daybed. This unique property has been owned by the family for nearly 60 years. The partial kitchen includes a bread oven, small stove top, tea pot, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and cookware. The bathroom has a shower with motion lighting. Relax with Roku TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (no cable). A door code will be provided before arrival. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Walk to beach, shops, restaurants, train depot, Main Street antiques. This is a studio cottage with queen bed and sofa bed in the same room. This cottage is walkable from the Amtrak station - or if you would like a ride from the station, please contact us.

The Knotty Pine, Charming 1950’s Beach Cottage

A Charming 1950's beach cottage, two blocks from the beach! The Knotty pine is a two bedroom, one bath house that radiates character and has a beach cabin vibe. This family friendly retreat includes two living spaces, one is used as a game room with a fully functioning pinball machine. Free pinball for all! Don't forget to bring your furry family! We have a private, fenced in backyard that everyone will love.

Studio Loft in Historic Downtown Ocean Springs

The loft is a cozy space above our garage. It is nestled in our backyard providing you the privacy of you own place. The loft includes an upstairs studio living space with one bathroom and a downstairs kitchenette. This place is right in the heart of Downtown Ocean Springs. There are plenty of restaurants and nightlife to enjoy. Close to beaches too. CASINOS 5 minute drive. Best deal in downtown!
