The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten die Forchbahn, die dich in 25 Minuten Mitten in die Stadt Zürich bringt, auf der anderen Seite führt ein Wanderweg auf den Pfannenstiel.
