Centrally located for easy access to the Homer spit, beaches, fishing, shopping, farmers market, art galleries, grocery stores, breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. While your in the middle of town, this upstairs suite feels very private with your entry facing tall spruce trees and a small backyard. The space is equipped with one full bath, 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room and a full kitchen. There is wifi and a TV with ROKU setup to allow you to access your own streaming content.

Bayview Gardens Cabin, Lower Level, View & Sauna

Come and enjoy the lower level of our cabin that is located up on the hillside of Homer with the most scenic view of Kachemak Bay. It is a very quiet heavenly spot where you can get away from it all and enjoy all the amenities of home with a vintage feel. Between the queen bed, cabinet murphy bed, and futon, you can sleep 4-6 comfortably. Downtown Homer and the Homer Spit/Harbor are just minutes away. Hiking is right out your backdoor with some of the most beautiful nature trails around!!

Ground floor of newly built home with views of Kachemak Bay! Two bedrooms, full bath, open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Sleeps up to 6 people in queen bed, two twins and a double sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with coffee & tea supplies, gas stove,oven & refrigerator. Linens and towels provided. Smoke free, dog friendly. WIFI & TV with DVD player available. No cable but able to stream. Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Prime. Outdoor—private covered patio seating with grill and a fenced yard.

Halibut Haven Suite "B" Close To Town

Stepping into this spa-like unit will immediately make you want to sit back and relax. Thanks to an updated, simple design it is great for those who are searching for a refreshing getaway. This modern daylight basement unit is one section of an A-frame home that has two other rental units available. This unit is at ground level so there are no stairs to get into it (see notes about the single step in the bathroom). It is minutes away from two grocery stores and most local restaurants.

Large 1 bed with Sauna, trundle bed & fish storage

This one bedroom downstairs suite has a private entrance and sauna. It is located below our main house so there will be noise from above as we do have dogs & kiddos. Located 4.5 miles out East End Rd, 10 minutes from downtown, & the airport & Homer Spit. Unit completed in 2021 with a big kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Pack n play, toys & toddler stuff available, just request if needed.

Beach Day Guest House

Enjoy a cute and cozy stay in our new construction beach guest house unit. Centrally located in town and walking distance to restaurants, stores and bakeries. Our place is right on the beach with beach access 50 yards away! There is a designated parking spot in the driveway for guests and the suite is just down one flight of shared stairs. Located just a few miles outside of Homer, enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and outstanding view of Kachemak Bay. This is a brand new Home built summer of 2021, it is multi level. The top story is my home, and the entire lower part is your space. It is set up to be its own fully furnished living quarters. When I'm around Ill be happy to help you with any questions other wise I give my guest their space.
