According to Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance, for chartering local registered pleasure boats, the customer must sign a charter agreement, and the houseboat can only be used for pleasure purposes, and guests can use the vessel properly during the rental period.

The houseboat is moored at Aberdeen typhoon shelter, and it takes about 7 minutes to arrive by sampan boat from MTR Lee Tung Station. **During the stay, guests will take a chargeable sampan to board the houseboat or return to the shore**
