Waikawa Beach farm guest house, Levin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set on 66 acres of beach front farm. Watch the birds in the wetland, walk through our private beach access and see views of Kapiti Island or watch the sunsets . Bring your horse or enjoy the animals on the farm. Sit by the wood burner and wake up to the waves crashing. Host’s live on site but Guest house is self contained. There is an option to bring horses please enquire there will be a charge. 2 night min. No Children under 12. No pets.

Hermits' Hideaway.

The Hermits’ Hideaway is a unique, rustic cabin hidden away in the hills just north of Levin. Self contained & off grid, this is the perfect place to get away from the hustle & bustle of daily life. There is nothing to do here but relax, kick back & de-stress. Enjoy waking up to the sound of the birds & the wind in the trees. Have a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sun set. There is also a gallery on site, showcasing a range of quality hand crafted items that is open by appointment.

The Foxhole

Welcome to The Foxhole! The Foxhole is a sunny, relaxed kiwi bach. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the third with four single beds (these are both bunks), an open plan living space and a sunroom with bifold windows allowing you to enjoy those sunny Foxton beach days We have a fully fenced section, with lots of toys, kids DVDs, and beach gear making this a perfect set up for those with kids All linen is provided (folded on beds), guests can make up the beds of their choice.

Coastal Retreat (Beach front)

Our Coastal 2 story, 5 bedrooms beach front property with ocean views on both levels. Big front lawn with a private walkway down to the beach. There is plenty of room to spread out with a lounge upstairs and another downstairs where you can light the fire on a cold night and relax. Large sunroom to the side for those summer evenings, you will see some amazing sunsets from the house. Our property would be best suited for professional couples, large families or corporate events

Kotare Cottage

Kotare Cottage is tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Ohau River and to Kuku Beach but only 10 mins drive to Levin township. Out of the kitchen and dining room windows are expansive views of the Tararua Ranges, catching the early morning sun and late afternoon sun from the deck and the lounge windows. It is an open plan 3 bedroom cottage with a log fire for the cooler evenings. There is a full kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with large shower.

Rustic Comforts Cabin Bed & Breakfast

Located only 16km from Levin and 32 km from Palmerston North. A cozy spacious beautifully furnished cabin that has everything you need. Whether you are visiting friends, family or just on business this is the perfect place to rest. The Cabin has a large fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and open planned living with a King Size bed and two separate bedrooms providing privacy. Our property boasts a large open outside area where you are welcome to relax in.

Beach house with indoor/outdoor living

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Brand new house. Close to the beach, under 5 mins walk. Comes with indoor fireplace, good size bedrooms, has portacot available. Open space living with bi folding doors opening out to the deck. Upper deck still under construction, but middle deck on the hill complete. Some landscaping elements yet to be completed.

Classic Family Beach Bach

A kiwi classic built in 1969, your family will be close to the forest and the beach when you stay at this relaxed and sunny gem. Well positioned on a flat, quarter acre section, the Waitārere sun streams in and there is plenty of room to play. The fireplace keeps things cosy in winter, and you can retreat to the quiet deck for coffee in the morning sun.
