Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Set on a working sheep farm, Ben’s Hut offers a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There is a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm and welcoming at any time of year. Thing to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham City, Kilhope Lead mining Museum, The Metro Centre (shop 'til you drop). The C2C cycle track is also close.
