Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds & a sleeper sofa. 30 minutes from West Little Rock and less than 30 minutes to Mt. Petit Jean State Park and Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
