Very close to the beach, it offers excellent value for the size and location and would be ideal for an executive here for work or for a family holiday. A comfortable home from home, the house is just a very short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants in central Brighton & Hove. There are two large bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
