Polished concrete with real hardwood floors! Inhouse laundry machine! 15 min walk to LIRR, 5 min walk to nightlife and restaurants. Yes, this must be the spot. Some hosts have mastered the art of making their pictures look better than reality. I have mastered making my places look better in person than the pictures

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
