When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

A Place Like Home

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Kauffman & Arrowhead Stadiums (16 miles 18 minutes) Silverstein Eye Centers Arena (9.6 miles 14 minutes) Sprint Center (23 miles 23 minutes) KC Zoo & Starlight Theatre (24 miles 27 minutes) Worlds of Fun (26 miles 28 minutes).

Escape to our cozy cottage, a tranquil haven nestled in the heart of Raytown, Missouri. Situated just two blocks from City Hall and the Raytown Police Department, you'll find a delightful blend of peaceful living and convenient access to the city's amenities. Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Temple View Inn with Music Studio

This 1885 Queen Ann home has been completely renovated with hard wood floors, 2 master suites, big screen TV's, a music studio, garage and 5 bathrooms. It's equipped with 1000 MBS internet, Xffinity live TV including HBO and Showtime, bicycles, fishing poles, guitars, baby grand piano, play station and more. We have a new computer and laser printer for your convenience. A full kitchen with two ovens and beautiful dinning room. The best part is the location located across from the temple lot.
