The bottom level is totally private with your own entry. The top level is separate with private bedrooms and a nice sitting area which can be used for extra guest or a separate booking. We have great trails, and lake side fishing all along our lakefront. Some trails are a little rough. Shoes recommended. Air filtered by live plants.
