Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Fall asleep while listening to the waves and admire the views of the ocean from the balcony. Choose from two different strips of white sand, as this location has easy access to both Isla Verde and Pinegrove. Both beaches are great for swimming, walking, water sports or just relaxing on the sand. Pinegrove is also known for its surfing.

Blue Bliss Studio ISLA VERDE

Modern apartment with stylish chic decoration. Beach is 5-7 mins walking and the apartment is 5 mins from the airport. This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance. The new renovated Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants.
