If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby.

Rustic Lodge

Located just 6 miles south of I-530 off of HWY 79S on 50 acres. Just 1 1/2 miles from Dollar Store, 15 mins from Walmart & Chick-fil-A and 18 mins from Saracen Casino. The Space The Rustic Lodge is a small but suitable place with the comforts of home. An exterior camera is located outside of home. The property is NOT suitable for infants and toddlers due to the close proximity to the pond & private lake. The lake is unrestricted with no fencing or gates.

Carroll's Cottage /King Bed / Soaker Tub/BBQ/Patio

Enjoy a stylish experience in this Cozy home central to the Lakes, Mountains and 15 minutes from Downtown Little Rock. It’s convenient location makes it a great stop for the night. This NEW tiny home is in a residential neighborhood and features 2 bedrooms - one with a KING bed and the other with a queen. Enjoy a luxurious soaking tub and custom shower. Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

We do allow your dogs to roam freely but we do not allow any cats due to family allergies.

It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
