Completely self-contained downstairs within a large coastal property, discover your private haven with standout features, including an alfresco kitchen, outdoor breakfast bar, day bed, swinging chair and comfy bed – all just steps away from a snorkelling trail at the end of the street. The house is less than 500m from the beach, ensuring a leisurely stroll to the sun and sand.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins from Perth CBD and a short walk to Edith Cowan University, Yellagonga Regional Park and Joondalup CBD. Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.
