This beautiful, private guest suite is located next to the main house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures at this higher elevation thanks to the cool mountain breeze. With its convenient location, both the airport and the town are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Great place to escape and enjoy the Big Island!

Beautiful, peaceful, jungle vibes, surrounded by nature, 15 min from the center of Kona, up on the mountainside, lush lot w/ fruit and mac nut trees! The ADULTS-ONLY space has an open floorplan, with high ceilings and lots of room. Luxury memory foam King bed, two front lanais, nice Weber grill, big Samsung TV with cable, Wifi, shared washer and dryer, and a great kitchen with all the amenities. Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.
