2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand . Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit Gartenteich. Wir bieten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide Zimmer sind mit TV ,Netflix,ausgestattet, ein Bad und eine große Loggia. Hier laden gemütliche Sitzplätze und eine Hängematte zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Übernachtungspreis bezieht sich auf zwei Personen.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
