Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

This stylish and spacious boutique style villa is nestled into the exclusive hillside of Komurluk area in Kalkan, Turkey. In just 5 minutes walk you will reach Mediterranean sea and beach clubs. Walk to Kalkan town will take only 10 minutes. In an elevated position overlooking Kalkan bay and the harbour, you can enjoy peace and tranquility with beautiful views and sunsets whilst being just a short stroll into bustling Kalkan with its fabulous roof top restaurants, bars and up market shops.

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

The property is newly renovated and provides comfort and convenience for a relaxed and memorable holiday on Türkiye's turquoise coast. This charming townhouse is only steps from Kalkan's public beach, restaurants, and shops. Water taxis close by will take you to the beach clubs dotting Kalkan’s coast. Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

Dairelerimizde sigara içilmemektedir. Misafirlerimiz bahçeyi kullanabilir. Mangal alanını kullanmak isterseniz 1 gün önceden bize bildirmeniz gerekmektedir ve müsaitliğe bağlıdır. Binamıza ait otopark yoktur, evimizin bulunduğu sokakta cadde üzerinde park yerleri mevcuttur.

Zeytin ağaçları içinde modern bir yapı. Uyandığınızda denizin masmavi manzarasını görebileceğiniz harika bir manzarası bulunuyor. Sizde bu anı kaçırmayın. Denize 1.5 km uzaklıktadır. Villaya giden yolun son 100 metresi %20’lik bir eğimden oluşmaktadır. Villamızın terası dışarıdan görünmemektedir. Kış sezonu için havuzumuzda ısıtma yoktur. Bilginize 7.000 TL hasar depozitosu alınmaktadır. Kontrol edildikten sonra geri iade etmek kaydıyla.
