Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Relax & unwind in this newly built secluded cottage! It is located just 1/4 mile away from an airboat/kayak ramp (Adams Beach) and 3 miles away from Keaton Beach & the public boat ramp. Enjoy the sunset from the upper deck back porch or a short 1/4 mile walk to Adams beach. Bring your boat and enjoy making memories on the water! The master bedroom boasts a king- sized bed while the second bedroom offers flexibility with a twin over full bed and additional twin perfect for families or friends traveling together. The screened patio gives shade from a long day on the water or relax and play games downstairs.

No damage!! This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Come stay at our cozy but spacious tiny home on Beach Rd. 4 miles to Keaton Beach, 20 miles to Steinhatchee, and 16 miles to Downtown Perry. Sleeps 4 guests - Main bedroom consists a queen bed and the upstairs loft offers 2 twin beds. Spacious bathroom with double vanity and 2 shower heads. After a long day, come back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the front porch. We also have a grill, fire pit, and picnic table for our guests.

The Itchetucknee River State Park is 28 miles away with clear spring fed waters. The Suwannee River is 4 miles with the old cable suspension Hal W. Adams bridge. Mallory Swamp WMA is a 15 min drive. 33 miles away from Steinhatchee and the coast. All the comforts of a cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen.

The king size bed has luxurious linens and a real gas fireplace for setting the mood. A perfect choice for honeymoons, anniversaries. Or just a well needed getaway.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
