Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, we operate with a 7 day minimum stay with a Saturday check-in.)

Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you’re minutes from OBX favorites like TRIO, Outer Banks Brewing Station, Jack Brown’s, Kill Devil’s Custard, Chili Peppers, Josephine’s, and Pony & The Boat, Avalon Pier, & mini golf. Gone Coastal is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Condo with an ocean view from the deck to watch the waves enjoy a glass of wine, and smell the ocean water. Sleeps up to 6 with a sleeper sofa, the master bedroom has an ensuite. Located in Kill Devil Hills the Sea Oats condominiums are centrally located to all OBX. Gone Coastal perfect location with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the first floor with private stairs to the back deck with sliding doors to access the Condo from the pool or Beach.

How does it work? Simply make your reservation for 5 or more nights, send us a message to let us know you qualify for the special, and we will deduct the rate of the lowest priced rented night. Rent 5 nights? Pay for 4. Rent 7 nights? Pay for 6, etc. (The free night must be used during the same stay.)
