The guesthouse is attached to the MAIN home, but it has a private entrance with a private driveway and your own auto gate. It has an outdoor private spa, 1 closed and 1 open floor plan bedroom, patio, kitchen, walk-in closet with 1 bath. The facilities include fast WiFi, 75” 4KTV, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator etc. 15 mins SD Safari & 30 mins to sea world or LEGOLAND

Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

If you are looking for posh - keep looking! But if you are a female seeking a condo to enjoy meditative, quiet space: private bath & bedroom, spacious living area for yoga, patio for sunshine, shared pool & hot tub. then this is your spot. Whether I am here or not - you have your own bath and bedroom and full use of the common areas. Please note, I only rent to women as I sometimes will be sharing the space. I'm unable to accommodate smokers.

The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom.
