In sehr ruhiger Lage, aber nur 5 Minuten vom tollen Pra Ae/Long Beach entfernt. Die Villa bietet zwei Schlafzimmer und moderne Küche mit Meerblick, großes Wohnzimmer & große private Terrasse mit Whirpool. Die Wohnfläche ist ca. 100 qm + 70 qm Terrasse.
