Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Cottage Studeno is located in the forest of Kočevska region, near the road to Kolpa river. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. Perfect for bigger groups, families or couples getaways, artists or writers, nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, hikers, bicyclists, nature photographers... Apartment Maln are in the center of small village in southeast Slovenia named Dolenjske Toplice. They are surrounded by picturesque hills, smal river and forests with educational paths ideal for interesting day trips. In the nearby is also a lovely park with mighty, 100-year-old trees. Only 50 m from our apartments is also spa center with many swimming pools, new fun center with water slides, saunas, massages ets. Apartments maln are in the building where was grinder more than 800 years.

We have equipped Villa Fani to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of €5.00 per night, which is to be paid directly to us.
