Objekat posjeduje privatni bazen koji je u upotrebi tokom ljetne sezone. U 150 m2 smještene su dvije spavaće sobe, kupatilo, dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom i sve potrebno da bi Vaš boravak bio što udobniji. Dobro došli.

Stoljetni kameni zidovi će vas štititi i rashlađivati od ljetnih vrućina dok će stare grede, drvena brvna i podnice zimi zadržavati toplinu vatre iz kamina. Kuća je puna detalja, ručno rađenog namještaja i suvenira, uz komfor i luksuz koji smo pridonijeli kroz adaptaciju kuće udobno se smjestite i prepustite povratku u prošlost, osjetite duh Like i način života na selu gdje se budite sa prvim zrakama sunca i cvrkutom ptica.

Kuća za odmor "Markoci" je stara hrastova kuća smještena u Grabovcu. Od mjesta Rakovice je udaljena 4 km, mirna lokacija i čisto prirodno okruženje. Kuća ima prostranu travnatu okućnicu i besplatan natkriven parking. Kuća sadrži dnevni boravak, 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, saunu, wc i kuhinju. U cijelom objektu dostupan je besplatni WI-FI. Gostu je dostupna oprema za roštilj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se Baraćeve špilje, a samo nekoliko kilometara dalje Plitvička jezera.
