Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.
