Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

Double bed in the bedroom, 2 sofa beds in the living room. Maximum of 5 guests can be accommodated. On the roof of the Dome there is a large veranda with a half-covered jacuzzi, garden furniture, Bio fireplace table and Sunbeds.

House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.
