It is beautiful in any season, and offers a quiet retreat for families or friends. Guests have lake access, and the public boat launch nearby. Paddle boat, kayaking, and fishing from the pier at the house are all available from this property. (Fishing gear not provided) After a day in Shipshewana, relax in the outdoor porch and fire pit area!

The "Westward House" on Dallas Lake offers stunning westward sunset views, modern/mid-century/Scandi design, and abundant natural light with water views from nearly every room. Keeping it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family farm. Within two miles of the famous Shipshewana Auction & Flea Market, Blue Gate Restaurant and Performing Arts Center. The Michiana Event Center which is also Located in Shipshewana has many attractions. We are located in the middle of a small, quiet farming community with all Amish neighbors, so be ready to listen to the clipclop of horses going by. Enjoy the peaceful country sunsets.

Yoder's Catfish Cottage (Cozy Lakeside Cottage)

Cozy 3-bedroom (Adult only) cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake Messick Lake. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax from your busy schedule. It is a small space ideal for no more than 4 people. A public access is available next door to launch a boat. This lake connects to two no-wake lakes and two sport lakes. Your agreement to the House Rules is required, under “Things to Know, House Rules and Additional Rules” must read.
