A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. Our garden is a nice place to chill in the sun, play with your children or make a camp fire. You can park next to the house in the garden. I the house you will have a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, free WIFI, a LED television, heating and AC, also towels and bedlinen are included.

Pécs abszolút központjában, a Széchenyi tértől 4 perc sétára található. Amire szüksége lehet ,rövid sétával be tudja szerezni. Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely körül több őrzött parkoló található. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Babaház - Historic house in the heart of Pécs

Babaház, is a close to 200-year-old townhouse in the world heritage site of Pécs. Built in the early 19th century, the house was completely renovated with modern technology and quality materials while preserving its special atmosphere.
