Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view & lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie & cat fish. Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

What could be better than spending your vacation @ First Monday Trade Days or simply just getting away? The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match.

The Great Escape is situated in a quiet, private neighborhood and is perfect for a guys' fishing trip, a girls' get together, or any getaway you choose!

Access to private pond on property. 38 ft RV, huge private parking area that will accommodate several cars, trucks and boats. Ext cord provide to charge boat. Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
