Accommodates 7-9 (7 on beds + 2 extra on double sofa bed in lounge) Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak, canoe, or blow up boat for fun on the lake. Great surf and kid friendly beaches are located nearby. Short walk to local parks. Sheets, towels and pillowcases are NOT supplied. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

Beautiful open plan unit backing directly onto stunning Lake Illawarra. Whether it’s for a special night away or just somewhere to unwind, the serenity of the lake will captivate you. Outdoor area with BBQ allows you to sit and relax while you cook, or take a stroll along the lake. Wifi and Netflix. Please note, our unit is not wheelchair friendly. We live on a steep block, and you will need to take stairs down to the unit. We also have a dog on the property.
