Private room in a spacious family house with garden located between Tokyo & Narita airport. Enjoy an at home stay in a peaceful suburban town:-). As hosts, we live in the same house. 50 min train to Tokyo station(about 1h) a bit far from Shibuya and Shinjuku(about 1 hour half). it is far from Shinjuku Shibuya, it is not recommended for those who come and go every day. 45 min train to Narita airport. 15~17 min walk to JR-Yotsukaido station. check in time 15:00~22:00pm. check out time 11:00am.

Our house is located 15 minutes from Narita Airport or Narita Station by car. Ideal for guests using Narita Airport. We offer free transportation to Narita Airport or Narita Station upon check-in and check-out. The maximum number of guests is 5. There are two single beds in the bedroom. For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.

居住宅は４ＬＤＫタイプでゲストは２ｆの2部屋です。no.1room（12.69㎡）＆no.2room(10.56㎡）、床はフローリングの洋室タイプでベランダ付き。 宿泊者は常時1組で他客とのシェアはありません。 日光は十分に入ります。ゲストの方の滞在時は旅の疲れを癒していただけるような配慮をいたします。住居は閑静な住宅街にあり昼夜ともに静かな場所です。 特段近辺に推奨できる場所はございませんが強いて上げれば周辺に梨園が点在し散歩を楽しめます。また車で７～８分のところに現在人気中のアンデルセン公園があります。老若男女問わず自然豊かな公園で入園料も割と安いとのことから好評です。 また、少し足を延ばして東京ディズニーランド＆シー、幕張メッセには便利です。 居住地は成田空港からのアクセス（最寄りの駅からの車送迎を含めて）で１時間20分ほどで当宅に着きます。 （最寄りの駅は新京成線、「たかねこうだん駅」となります。 ＜参照＞ 当家は高台に位置してますので大雨による道路の冠水、住宅浸水などはありません。 また、住宅は山林跡地に建築され耐震設計に基づく建物です。（過去、地震による被害はありません）

Japanese style room on the 1st floor of our house, no smoking. The room can be locked. We only accept one group each day. 35min/580JPY from Narita Int'l Airport to Katsutadai station on Keisei line, no transfers. Then 3min walk from A1 south exit to our house. A lot of restaurants and shops around here. Microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle are availale. Toilet, washing machine, shower room are next to the guest room. The host family, and cats stay on the 2nd floor.
