Hot tub, lake access, kayaks and boat slip @69MM

Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the cabin hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. Get ready to make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It is within the TanTarA Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform. Our cove is tucked far back, so you’ll avoid dealing with large main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.
