Das Knusperhäuschen liegt auf 700 Meter mit Blick über das Salzachtal, ca. 5 km von Golling, 25 km von Salzburg entfernt. Eingebettet in die Natur, in wunderschöner Landschaft. Ein kleines B&B ist nebenan. Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der gesunden Holzbauweise, dem Kachelofen, der ruhigen Lage, Terrasse, einem phantastischen Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare und Gäste, die mit ihren Haustieren verreisen. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

**THERE WILL BE LARGE LOUD BUILDING WORK THIS SUMMER 2025 DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT** from 7am until 6pm Weekdays. Therefore the apartment is offered cost price €59 per night instead of €149. It is for someone who wouldn't mind the mess and noise outside and prefers a cheaper price. On this basis please leave a review about the apartment without mention or thought of the building work. Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe’s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz- und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten bequem erreicht werden kann.
