In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. I live in the same building, so it is easy for guests to reach me. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

Cosy Studio

Peacefully located Alpine cabin, main house is on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a cosy 35m2 studio with own entrance and spacious parking for the guests to use. The location of the cabin is between Levi Fell and Kätkä Fell and the view from the studio is towards Kätkä Fell. Your hostesses are Tarja and Scott and we live upstairs and are happy to help you with anything and any questions you might have. We speak fluent English and Finnish.

Matkaa Reidar Särestöniemi -museoon on 9 km, Kittilään 20 km, Leville 40 km ja Ylläkselle (Ylläasjärvi) 30 km. Talo on paikka kokea Lapin valot ja hiljaisuus, Lapin luonto ja kulttuuri Kaukosen kyläyhteisössä. Mummini oli ompelija ja ukkini metsästäjäkalastaja. Rauhallinen ja kotoisa yksiö omakotitalon yläkerrassa johon käynti omasta ulko-ovesta. Pihassa oma parkkipaikka, mutta jos haluat käyttää julkisia lähin bussipysäkki on vain 400m päässä. Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Lentokentälle ajaa noin 15 minuutissa.

Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
