Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! The cabin features a full kitchen and dining area, along with access to an outdoor patio equipped with a grill, picnic table, and pergola. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a loveseat and a 50” TV perfect for snuggling up and watching your favorite movie. Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door.
